Darrell Jackson

Darrell Jackson joined the bank in 2021 and brings an extensive background driving growth and operational initiatives for financial service providers throughout the US. In his 35+ years in the financial sector, he has held leadership positions such as President, CEO, and Board Director with consistent success in creating innovative business strategies.

Jackson currently serves on the boards of Janus Henderson Funds, Dome Construction and Gray-Bowen-Scott. He previously served on The Delaware Place Bank and its holding company in Chicago where he chaired the Executive Loan Committee. He also served on the board of Seaway Bank and Trust Company where he was President & CEO. Previously he held several senior management positions at The Northern Trust Company from 1995 to 2014, concluding his tenure with the position of Executive Vice President and Co- President of Wealth Management- Illinois.

Mr. Jackson has also served as Chairman of the board, Chairman of the Audit, Finance, Governance, and Management Development & Compensation committees for several high-profile non-profit organizations.
