Jim brings more than 25 years of banking experience to the Director of Retail Banking where he's responsible for consumer banking, personal investing and residential mortgages. During his tenure at Amalgamated he has greatly enhanced the efficiency of our residential lending platform and significantly expanded our lending base while growing our mission-aligned partnerships. Prior to Amalgamated, Jim accrued 12 years in leadership positions managing teams in mortgage services. Throughout his career he has spearheaded innovative projects that pushed companies forward including the launch of new divisions, developing pricing engines and a wholesale platform, integration to paperless software systems, and the advancement of new credit policies.
