Our new online banking platform has a new look and feel, with a more intuitive and user-friendly design to help you quickly complete transactions. A new digital customer assistant can help you skip the wait and get the answers you need faster, and you can easily open a new account and transact without leaving the platform.

We’ve heard your feedback, and our new digital platform is just one way we’re upgrading your online experience. We’re committed to finding new solutions to meet your banking needs and will bring you more enhancements in 2024. Stay tuned!

  • You’ll be asked to provide a one-time security code sent to the phone number registered with your account when you first log in to the new system.
  • Your User ID is no longer case-sensitive, simplifying your login experience.
  • You’re encouraged to re-enroll in alerts for your Account and Bill Pay to ensure you receive up-to-date notifications on your transactions and payments.
  • You’ll be asked to re-activate your mobile device to continue receiving text banking messages.
  • Existing external transfer accounts and bill payment information will be transferred to the new platform to minimize account interruption during the upgrade.
  • You will receive text and email alerts to ensure your information is being transferred successfully during the upgrade. No further action is required from your end.

Due to the system change,  the “Manage Banking Categories” feature is no longer available. As a result, you’re unable to categorize transactions in your statement reports. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

Yes, your online banking credentials will remain the same. As part of this upgrade, you’ll be asked to provide a one-time security code sent to the phone number registered with your account when you first log in to the new online banking platform.

No, you will continue to have access to the mobile app using existing online banking credentials.

Accounts with dormant status are not viewable on the new online banking platform. Please contact the support team for assistance.

We understand that transitioning to a new online banking platform may raise questions, and we want to ensure a smooth experience for you. You will receive communications outlining the changes, and we have various channels available for you to access support during this transition.
